NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SAN ANTONIO HOUSING TRUST PUBLIC FACILITY CORPORATION MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE BONDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a telephonic public hearing to be held by San Antonio Housing Trust Public Facility Corporation (the "Issuer") on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Interested parties may join the public hearing on the date and the time indicated above by dialing 1-855-282-6330 (US Toll Free) and, when prompted, entering the meeting code 2663 119 3121. The hearing is regarding the issuance of obligations by the Issuer, which may be issued pursuant to a plan of finance in one or more series, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $10,000,000 (the "Bonds"). The Bonds will be issued as exempt facility bonds for qualified residential rental projects pursuant to section 142(a)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"). Proceeds of the Bonds will be loaned to SAHT Creekview Lofts, LLC or an affiliate thereof (collectively, the "Borrower") to finance a portion of the costs of the acquisition, construction and equipping of an approximately 301-unit multifamily housing facility (the "Project") located at 3815 East Commerce, San Antonio, Texas 78219. The Borrower will be the initial owner and principal user of the Project. All interested persons are invited to express their views with respect to the Project and the issuance of the Bonds.
