Notice is hereby given that Thomas Kramer (VMRC #2025-1966) is requesting a permit from the Virginia Marine Resources Commission to construct a 7-foot by 8-foot timber access stairway and a 24-foot by 16-foot open-sided boathouse over an existing boat lift and adjacent to a previously statutorily authorized private timber pier serving 2749 West Landing Road, situated along the North Landing River in Virginia Beach.
