ity of Mattawa REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Notice is hereby given that qualifications will be received by the City of Mattawa, Washington, for: Professional Engineering and Land Surveying Services (20262027) The City of Mattawa is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced and qualified firms to provide professional engineering and land surveying services for the 2026-2027 calendar years. Services may include, but are not limited to: Engineering and surveying for water production and distribution systems Wastewater treatment and collection systems Street and drainage infrastructure improvements Environmental assessments and reviews Assistance with securing project funding Comprehensive planning Other general municipal engineering services All submitted qualifications will be reviewed and placed on file and will be used as the source to select a qualified firm to provide professional services. Submission Requirements: Interested firms must submit six (6) hard copies of their Statement of Qualifications by 4:30pm on June 12, 2026 or by email at amartinez@cityofmattawa-wa.gov. Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered.
