Bids will be accepted Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Swantown Marina to sell the following vessel: Vessel Name: KMJ Registration #: 1235101 Hull ID #: 817405 Slip/Space: G44 Vessel Make: Fast Passage Vessel Model: 39 Year: 1980 Vessel LOA: 40 Legal Owner: Byron Cotton Address: 7146 71st Way E City, State, Zip: Olympia, WA 98516 Current charges due to the Port of Olympia: $ 5,543.52 Impound notice posted: Thursday, December 11, 2025 Auction notice posted: Thursday, February 26, 2026 The buyer accepts this vessel sold as is with no expressed warranty of any kind. The following conditions apply to the discharge of this vessel: 1. Bidder shall have no unpaid debts to the Port of Olympia at the time of sale. 2. If a successful bidder is established at the sale, arrangements shall be made within ten days of the sale to remove the vessel from port property or, 3. A letter of credit shall be established for two months moorage or lay-time storage prior to taking possession of the vessel. 4.
