Sealed bids for the above project will only be accepted from Contractors when submitted to the City of Olympia using the online Project Bid Portal hosted by Trimble Unity Construct. Bids will be accepted until 11:00 A.M April 21, 2026, at which time the bids will be opened and read.
 
Bids will be opened at Olympia City Hall located at 601 4th Avenue East Olympia, Washington 98501. The public may join a virtual meeting to observe the bid opening using the following link.

Please visit our Public Records webpage (http://olympiawa.gov/city-government/public-records-requests). Public records fees apply. Please note: If you obtain project plans and specifications through any process other than through the Project Bid Portal and "Accept" the bid package or by registration on Builder's Exchange, you will NOT be added to the list of bidders who receive bid packet addenda and other information sent to those who register as bidders.
 
This project provides for fabrication and installation of metal platform; reinforced concrete wall and slab; concrete stairs; gravity block wall and steps; manhole work; site work; and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Engineer's Probable Opinion of Cost ranges from $100,000 to $125,000.
