NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) Thurston Regional Planning Council (TRPC) Bicycle Connectivity Strategy NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Thurston Regional Planning Council (TRPC) is seeking a qualified consultant to help establish a long-term vision and implementation strategy for a regional bike network for the Thurston region. This work is funded through the Federal Highway Administration. TRPC will serve as the lead agency in administering this RFP and the associated work, in partnership with local jurisdictions and agencies to develop a regionally coordinated approach. TRPC, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
