COMPLETION:
ELEVATOR MODERNIZATION,
WHATCOM COUNTY JAIL
Laborers, mechanics, subcontractors, materialmen, and suppliers: take notice that unless written claim is presented and filed as required by law within (30) days after publication of this notice, all claims against the contractor's bond and the retained percentage are forever barred. Therefore, no person shall have any right of action for recovery against the bond or retainage on the contract with Eltec Systems LLC, 2025 1st Ave, Ste 790, Seattle, WA  98121, Elevator Modernization, Whatcom County Jail.
