PIERCE COUNTY - NISQUALLY DISTRICT WIRELESS INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION RFP NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Astound Broadband, an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer, is seeking an experienced, qualified firm to contract for the construction of tower-based wireless infrastructure for the "Pierce County – Nisqually District" project. This project is federally funded by the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund established under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA). Pierce County has selected Astound Broadband to deliver broadband infrastructure within the project area. This Request for Proposal (RFP) specifically pertains to the wireless portion of that deployment. Astound Broadband requests firms licensed in the State of Washington to conduct business to provide qualifications and proposals for construction services. Small, minority, and women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids. Bids will be opened at 1:00 p.m. PST on May 4th, 2026. Astound Broadband hereby invites sealed proposals as described and in accordance with the Bid Documents for Pierce County – Nisqually District Wireless Project, obtainable from Astound Broadband upon request.
