LEASING OPPORTUNITY KING COUNTY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (BOEING FIELD) REQUEST FOR INFORMATION King County is soliciting information from interested parties for a lease of approximately 160,437 square feet of airside property at King County International Airport (KCIA), located at 8201 Perimeter Rd. S, Seattle, WA 98108. The leasehold includes a cargo warehouse of approximately 36,072 square feet, two small corporate-size hangars of approximately 5,056 square feet each, and a small office and storage area of approximately 5,158 square feet. The leasehold is exclusively available for commercial aeronautical and non-commercial aeronautical use. In addition to continued occupancy and use of the existing improvements, King County welcomes information on potential redevelopment opportunities, including redevelopment concepts that enhance the long-term utility and value of the site consistent with airport requirements and applicable regulations.
