LEASING OPPORTUNITY KING COUNTY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (BOEING FIELD) REQUEST FOR INFORMATION King County is soliciting information from interested parties for a lease of approximately 19,258 square feet of landside property at King County International Airport (KCIA), located at 7676 Perimeter Rd. S, Seattle, WA 98108. The leasehold currently includes an approximately 8,300-square-foot warehouse. The leasehold is exclusively available for non-aeronautical use. In addition to continued use of the existing improvements, King County welcomes information on potential redevelopment opportunities for the site, including concepts that may improve the functionality and long-term value of the property in a manner compatible with airport operations and applicable requirements.
