Spokane Regional Health District (SRHD) is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 2026-750-814-0001, Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) to become a Spokane County ESIT Qualified Providers. Application and certification materials are available on the SRHD website at www.srhd.org/programs-and-services/purchasing under Current Solicitations or by contacting the RFQ Coordinator, Carey Weiler at contractmanagement@srhd.org.  The application and certification documents are due on Friday, May 1, 2026 by 4:00pm PST. Please include the RFQ number in the email subject line to clearly identify the submission.
