The Spokane County Public Works Floodplain Department hereby gives notice of the County's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between Beverly Avenue and E 11th Avenue. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised within an existing stormwater tract from a point approximately 230 feet downstream of 13th Avenue to a point approximately 680 feet upstream of 13th Avenue. As a result of the revision, the 1-percent-annual-chance water-surface elevations shall decrease, and the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain will widen and narrow within the area of revision.
