PORT OF VANCOUVER USA REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Public Market Capital Campaign Fundraising Consultant RFP 26-12 Notice is hereby given that the Port of Vancouver USA will receive proposals electronically up to the hour of: 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2026. The Port of Vancouver USA (Port) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to lead fundraising efforts and secure philanthropic support for the future Terminal 1 Market Place. The most successful Consultant selected shall be determined by demonstrating experience in the types of work and activities defined in the solicitation. All interested proposer must be registered on the ports ProcureWare Website to download documents at https://www.portvanusa.com/business-opportunities/projects-contracts/ For assistance, call 360-693-3611. Port of Vancouver Title Vl Policy Statement The Port of Vancouver in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all proposers that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color or national origin in consideration for an award.
