RENOVATION & EXPANSION

Bid Date: May 8, 2026 at 5pm

Project: Walla Walla Public Library Renovation & Expansion

Deacon Construction is soliciting bids from all interested subcontractors and suppliers, as well as certified Minority, Women, and Minority-Women (MBE/WBE/MWBE) owned companies. A mandatory 15% apprenticeship labor hours of the total labor hours is a requirment of this contract

Deacon is an equal opportunity employer and requests subcontractors bids and supplier quotes from any interested party especially including Small Business Enterprises (SBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), Minority, Women, Minority Women, Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (MBE/WBE/MWBE/SEDBE), Veteran Business Enterprises (VBE) and Section 3 subcontractors.
