204756NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE TS No: ID-25-1030346-RM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 9/16/2026, at the hour of 11:00 AM, In the lobby of the Nez Perce County Courthouse, 1230 Main Street, Lewiston, ID 83501, the trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in lawful money of the United States of America, all payable at the time of sale, the following described real property situated in the County of NEZ PERCE, State of Idaho, and described as follows, to-wit: THE SOUTH 91.25 FEET OF THE NORTH 212.50 FEET OF THE EAST HALF OF LOT 1, BLOCK 68, IN THE LEWISTON ORCHARDS TRACT NO. 4 TO THE CITY OF LEWISTON, COUNTY OF NEZ PERCE, STATE OF IDAHO, OFFICIAL RECORDS OF NEZ PERCE COUNTY, MEASUREMENTS BEING FROM THE CENTERLINES OF ADJACENT STREETS AND ALLEYS.
