AMENDED NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE PURSUANT TO THE REVISED CODE OF WASHINGTON CHAPTER 61.24 RCW (Pursuant to Order Granting Chapter 13 Trustee's Motion to Dismiss in U.S. Bankruptcy Case No. 26-00113-WLH13 for the Eastern District of Washington dated March 11, 2026) I NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Trustee will on May 8, 2026, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., at the Main Entrance of the Yakima County Courthouse, 128 N. 2nd Street, Yakima, Washington, sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder, payable at the time of sale, the following-described real property, situated in the County of Yakima, State of Washington, to wit: Lot 1 of Short Plat, recorded June 25, 2003, under Auditor's File No. 7342310, records of Yakima County, Washington, which is subject to that certain Deed of Trust dated August 8, 2008, recorded August 12, 2008, under Auditor's File No. 7623266, records of Yakima County, Washington, from Sergio Mancinas, as Grantor, to John W.
