Project Review Committee Recruitment The Capital Projects Advisory Review Board (CPARB) is seeking individuals interested and knowledgeable in the use of alternative public works contracting procedures (RCW 39.10) to serve on the Project Review Committee (PRC) for a period of 1-3 years. Please see the CPARB or PRC homepages for more information on each position. The following positions will be appointed at the April 9, 2026, CPARB Meeting. Application deadline is March 13th: • Construction Manager (3 positions) • Design-Industry Engineer (2 positions) • General Contractor (2 positions) • Specialty Subcontractors (2 positions) • Women/Minority Business Enterprises (2 positions) The following positions will be appointed at the May 14, 2026, CPARB Meeting. Application deadline is April 17th: • Design-Industry Architect (1 position) • Owner – General Public (1 position) • Owner – Higher Education (2 positions) • Owner – Public Hospitals (1 position) • Owner – State (1 position) Interested individuals are asked to submit a letter of interest to the PRC inbox at PRC@des.wa.gov .
