STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SEASONAL CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER ONE (1) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATE TAKE NOTICE: That Marlin Hutterian Brethren of Marlin, WA, on February 9, 2026, has made application for seasonal change/transfer of water right in order to add a point of withdrawal and change a portion of the place of use as granted under Ground Water Certificate No. G3- 01384C. That Ground Water Certificate No. G3-01384C authorizes the withdrawal of 1068 gallons per minute, 1280-acre feet per year, from April 1 to October 31, each year for the irrigation of 320 acres. That the authorized point of withdrawal is from the SNW of Section 10, T. 20 N., R. 34 E.W.M, Adams County, WA. That the authorized place of use is located within the W of Section 10, T. 20 N., R. 34 E.W.M., less roads, Adams County, WA. That they propose to add a point of withdrawal (a well) to the NENW of Section 22, T. 20. N., R. 29 E.W.M., Grant County, WA. That they propose to change a portion of the place of use (120 acres) to the SE of Section 5, T. 20 N., R. 30 E.W.M. Grant County, WA. All within Adams and Grant County, Washington.
