PUBLIC NOTICE Notice to all individuals having fences, gates, panels, and stock water dams in or across the Cascade Irrigation District (CID) canal or service road; all the above listed items should have been removed by April 1st. Any of the above items not removed by April 1st will be by District personnel and disposed of. Those individuals not removing their obstructions will not be allowed to place obstructions on the canal right-of-way in the future. The District will not be responsible for livestock that is kept in by the above listed items. It is the owner's responsibility to maintain control of their livestock. If you believe that it is absolutely necessary that you have a barrier across our service road, you must have Board approval. If you have questions on the type of barrier that we will allow or need to discuss the above, please contact Kelton Montgomery / District Manager at 962-9583 or the Board of Directors of CID.
