Date: 4/15/2026 PUBLIC NOTICE OVERLAND BRANCH BOISE, IDAHO APPLICATION BY INSURED STATE NON-MEMBER BANK TO RELOCATE A BRANCH Notice is hereby given that Washington Trust Bank, PO Box 2127, Spokane, Washington 99210, has filed with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation an application to relocate its Overland branch located at 7802 West Overland Road, Boise, ID 83709 to 11059 West Overland Road, Boise, ID 83709. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comment in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as its regional office, 25 Jessie Street at Ecker Square, Suite 2300, San Francisco, CA 94105 not later than the 15th day following the date of this publication. The period may be extended by the Regional Director for good cause. The non-confidential portion of the application file is available for inspection and may be inspected in the FDIC's regional office during regular business hours. Photocopies of the information in the non-confidential portion of the application file will be made available by the FDIC upon request.
