PLEASE TAKE NOTICE
Regarding
TRIPLE S EXCAVATING, INC. (Washington State) ("Company")
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE COMPANY WILL BE DISSOLVING AND
WILL BE WOUND DOWN PENDING THE RESOLUTION OF ALL CLAIMS
AGAINST IT, IF ANY.
Any person having a claim against the Company must present the claim: (a) Before the
time when the claim would be barred by any applicable statute of limitations, and (b) In
the manner provided in RCW 23B.14.050: By serving on or mailing to the Company at
the address below a copy of the claim.
The claim must be presented Ninety (90) days after this notice is served or mailed or
publicly available as provided in RCW 23B.14.030. If the claim is not presented within
this time period, the claim will be forever barred. This bar is effective for claims against
both the Company and its affiliates.
