PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE PUBLIC WATERS TAKE NOTICE: That Bradley Casper, BSC Land LLC, of Mesa, WA on March 3, 1997, under Water Right Application No. S3-30027, filed for a permit to appropriate public surface water, subject to existing rights, from the Snake River for year-round use in the amount of 6 cubic feet per second (cfs) for irrigation of 640 acres. The source of the proposed appropriation is located within the W½SW¼ of Section 36, T. 10 N., R. 32 E.W.M., within Walla Walla County. The proposed place of use is all of Section 18, T. 10 N., R. 32 E.W.M., within Walla Walla County, WA.
