The source of the proposed appropriation is located within the NE¼NW¼ of Section 22, Township 6 N., Range 38 E.W.M., within Umatilla County, OR. The proposed trust reach begins where Mill Creek crosses the state line within the NW¼ of Section 18, Township 6 N., Range 38 E.W.M., and terminates where the Walla Walla River meets the Columbia River, all within Walla Walla County, WA.
