WHATCOM COUNTY NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT Notice is hereby given that on March 26, 2026, Annie Horstmeyer applied for a Conditional Use Permit under case number CUP2026-00005 to add a 327 square foot addition & carport to a Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit.
