NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Proposed Amended Resolution of Intention for Skagit County Lake Management District No. 4 for Clear and Beaver Lakes Date of Hearing: Tuesday, April 14, 2026, 8:30 a.m., or soon thereafter Place of Hearing: Commissioners Hearing Room 1800 Continental Place, Suite 100 Mount Vernon, WA 98273 Purpose of Hearing: To consider oral and written comments regarding a proposed Third Amended Resolution of Intention for Skagit County Lake Management District No. 4 (LMD 4) for Clear & Beaver Lakes, and consideration of a resolution to submit (mail out) ballots for affected landowners to vote on the proposed amendment (increase) of special assessments to provide adequate funding for such additional and/or increased estimated costs to perform lake improvement or maintenance activities, and also extending the duration of the term of LMD 4 for an additional ten (10) years (to expire on December 31, 2036) before the Skagit County Board of Commissioners.
