NOTICE OF ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Skagit County Commissioners has approved a Resolution to close the following County Road to all through traffic including emergency vehicles: Sapp Road #60750 from milepost 0.290 (Jones Road) to milepost 0.365 (Blackburn Place) The roadway will be closed approximately four (4) calendar days for BNSF to construct a railroad overpass beginning April 9, 2026, or dates thereabout to be determined by the County Engineer. Additional information may be obtained through the Department of Public Works, Engineering Division, 1800 Continental Place, Mount Vernon, WA, 98273.
