PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE PUBLIC WATERS
TAKE NOTICE:
That Northshore Utility District of Kenmore, Washington on November 17, 2025, under Application No. G1-29674, filed for a permit to appropriate public waters, subject to existing rights, from up to four well in the amount of 1,100 gallons per minute each year, for emergency municipal supply purposes.
The approximate locations of the emergency municipal supply wells are within Sections 6 and 16, Township 26N, Range 5E, W.M. and within Section 13, Township 26N, Range 4E, W.M., all within King County, Washington.

Protests to this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for the objections. Protests must be accompanied with a fifty dollar ($50.00) non-refundable recording fee.
