NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Ellensburg Community Development Department has received a Preliminary Short Plat Application for the following project: 

Project Location: 710 S Pine St, Kittitas County Parcel ID # 477333, approximately .33-acres. 
Project Applicant: Walter & Lynn Davenport 
Date of Application: January 7, 2026 
Notice of Complete Application: February 4, 2026 
Public Notice of Application: February 19, 2026 
Comments Due Date: March 5, 2026
