CITY OF ELLENSBURG NOTICE OF DESIGN REVIEW AND DEPARTURE REQUEST APPLICATIONS Notice is hereby given that the City of Ellensburg has received a Design Review application and associated Departure Request for the following project that may be of interest to you. The notice of application initiates a 14-day public comment period, you are invited to comment on this proposal. Notice of Complete Application: February 11, 2026 Public Notice of Application: February 14, 2026 Comments Due Date: February 27, 2026 Project Description: P25-124 & P26-007: Applicant proposes a new dental office on a recently cleared parcel. Commercial projects in the City of Ellensburg require Design Review. Applicant has submitted a request for Departure from side yard parking lot landscaping requirements per Ellensburg City Code (ECC) 15.210.060 and 15.570.050(A)(2)(d) (as amended by Ordinance No. 4975).
