NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The City of Yakima intends to establish a sole source procurement with Commercial Electronics located at 1318 N. Brazos San Antonio, TX 78207 to purchase Dispatch Call & Radio Recording Software for the City of Yakima's Suncomm – 911 Communications Department. Firms who believe they can compete for this requirement are required to submit a brief email statement of their intent to compete. The statement and any questions regarding this sole source should be directed to Rudy Silva III, Purchasing Manager at: rudy.silva@yakimawa.gov by 5:00 pm, February 27th, 2026. The City of Yakima does not guarantee that firms responding to this notice will be rendered a request to tender an offer for this procurement. In addition, the City of Yakima does not guarantee that any solicitation will occur for this procurement but reserves the right to solicit proposals.
