136451 RFP UG Locating Services CITY OF CENTRALIA  NOTICE TO CONSULTANTS  FOR: REQUEST FOR  PROPOSALS/ QUALIFICATIONS (RFP/Q)  CCL26-06PSC -  UNDERGROUND  LOCATING SERVICES  The City of Centralia is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Underground Locating Services specifically for the Centralia City Light Department (CCL) and its service territory. Documents show service territory and scope of work. Proposed contract date will be May 1, 2026 to May 1, 2027, with the possibility of an extension of up to three (3) years.
