136388 RFQ REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SUPPLY AND SCHEDULED DELIVERY OF KAMSTRUP AMI ULTRASONIC WATER METERS FOR CITY OF CENTRALIA Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals for KAMSTRUP AMI ULTRASONIC WATER METERS, as described in the Proposal Documents, will be received by Centralia Public Works, 1100 North Tower Avenue, Centralia, Washington 98531 until 2:00 PM, local time, on Monday, March 2, 2026, at which time all complying proposals shall be opened and publicly read. The Proposal and Contract Documents may be obtained by emailing Chris Stone, Water Operations Manager, at CStone@cityofcentralia.com. All bids must be submitted on the vendor's letterhead and shall include any applicable tax and shipping costs. Proposals shall be addressed and mailed or delivered in a sealed envelope plainly marked "SEALED PROPOSAL: SUPPLY AND SCHEDULED DELIVERY OF KAMSTRUP AMI ULTRASONIC WATER METERS" to Centralia Public Works, 1100 North Tower Avenue, Centralia, Washington 98531. The City of Centralia reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities, and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The City provides reasonable accommodations to persons with disabilities.
