REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP # 15-26: Design Coordinator Notice is hereby given that the City of Vancouver, Washington, will receive sealed proposals up to the hour of 3:00 p.m., Pacific Local Time, March 4, 2026, for the following: The City of Vancouver is seeking proposals from qualified firms/individuals for 3 (three) services areas: Design Coordination services for ensuring seamless integration among all design disciplines, adherence to project requirements, and alignment with branding, project schedule, budget and quality standards; Change Management services to define the change management activities, responsibilities, and deliverables required to support successful implementation of the upcoming organizational, process, or technology changes. The goal is to ensure that impacted stakeholders are informed, prepared, and supported throughout the transition, resulting in sustained adoption and minimal disruption to operations; Wayfinding services to design a comprehensive wayfinding system that enhances navigation, improves user experience, and supports brand identity across the project site or facility. The City of Vancouver in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The City of Vancouver is committed to providing equal opportunities to State of Washington certified Minority, Disadvantaged and Womens Business Enterprises in contracting activities.
