REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS RFQ 20-26: STRUCTURAL PLAN REVIEW Notice is hereby given that the City of Vancouver, Washington, will receive sealed responses up to the hour of 3:00 p.m., Pacific Local Time, March 18, 2026, for the following: The City of Vancouver is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms/individuals for consulting services to provide structural plan review and other related professional services. The City of Vancouver in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The City of Vancouver is committed to providing equal opportunities to State of Washington certified Minority, Disadvantaged and Womens Business Enterprises in contracting activities. (Section 4 of Chapter 56, Laws of 1975, 1st Ex. Sess., State of Washington).
