REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP # 17-26: 2026 PAVEMENT ASSESSMENT SERVICES Notice is hereby given that the City of Vancouver, Washington, will receive sealed proposals up to the hour of 3:00 p.m., Pacific Local Time, March 11, 2026, for the following: The City of Vancouver (City) is seeking proposals to provide professional services to gather pavement distress rating information and input that data to the Citys pavement management software, MTC StreetSaver . The City of Vancouver in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The City of Vancouver is committed to providing equal opportunities to State of Washington certified Minority, Disadvantaged and Womens Business Enterprises in contracting activities.
