ADOPTED 5/14/26ORDINANCE NO. 26-409BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council ofthe City of Huntsville, Alabama, as follows:Section 1. The City Council ofthe City ofHuntsville, Alabama, finds that an application hasbeen presented to the City ofHuntsville requesting the vacation ofa portion ofa utility anddrainage easement; that the applicants have represented to the City ofHuntsville that GlennEdwin Curenton and Anna Marie Curenton, as Trustees, or their Successors in Trustunder the Curenton Family Trust, are the owners ofthe property across which said easementlies; that said easement, or the portion being vacated, is not presently used and is no longerneeded for a public or municipal purpose.Section 2. Pursuant to the findings in Section 1 hereinabove, the Mayor ofthe City ofHuntsville, Alabama, is hereby authorized, requested and directed tq execute a quitclaim deedvacating the easement hereinafterdescribed, said deed be
