ORDINANCE NO. 26-387WHEREAS, in order to make it more convenient for voters to vote and to facilitate theefficient administration of the election process; andWHEREAS, in the furtherance of the aforementioned objectives it is necessary tochange the existing precincts within the City of Huntsville and to change the places of holdingelections in certain of the precincts within the City of Huntsville, Alabama; andWHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Alabama acts pursuant to theprovisions of Code of Alabama, Section 11-46-1, et seq., and other applicable laws and Courtorders when changing election precincts and designating the places of holding elections.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City ofHuntsville, Alabama, that the City Council does hereby repeal and replace Ordinance No 94-523,adopted on July 14, 1994, and all subsequent amendments thereto, and does hereby establish theb
