LEGAL NOTICE	Pursuant to Section 9-16-70 et seq., Alabama Code, 1975, Cahaba Resources, LLC., Johnson North Mine, hereby gives notice that it has filed Phase I, II & III, bond release applications with the Alabama Surface Mining Commission for release of performance bonds for Permit P-3977-63-19-S, Increments No. 2 & No. 3. The area of land for which bond release is requested consists of 22.0 acres in Increment 2 and 16.0 acres in Increment 3, located in:	SW/NW & NW/SW OF SECTION 27, NE/NE, SE/NE, NE/SE, SE/SE, SW/SE & NW/SE OF SECTION 28, SE/SE, SW/SE, NW/SE, NE/SW & SE/SW OF SECTION 32, NE/NE, SE/NE, SW/NE, NW/NE, NW/SE, NE/SW, SE/SW & SW/SW OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 19 SOUTH, RANGE 6 WEST, NE/NW OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 20 SOUTH, RANGE 6 WEST, JEFFERSON & TUSCALOOSA COUNTY, ALABAMA.	The permittee maintains that as of 04/10/26, all applicable reclamation requirements for a Phase I, II & III bond release involving all regrading, drainage control, replacing all top soil or its approved substitute, planting and growing times of the area has been completed in compliance with State Law and Regulations and the approved reclamation plan. The permittee, therefore, is requesting release of $94,530.00 of the performance bond $94,530.00 for Increment 2 and $59,800.00 of the performance bond $59,800.00 for Increment 3.
