LEGAL NOTICE Pursuant to Section 9-16-70 et seq., Alabama Code, 1975, Iron Eagle Land Rehabilitation, LLC., Dutton Hill Mine No. 2, hereby gives notice that it has filed a Phase III bond release application with the Alabama Surface mining Commission. This application requests release of performance bond for Permit P-3980-64-20-S, Increment No. 1. The area of land for which bond release is requested consists of 99 acres in Increment No. 1 all located in: NE/SE, SE/SE, SW/SE, of Section 22, SW/SW, NW/SW, SW/NW of Section 23, Township 14 South, Range 8 West, all located in Walker County, Alabama. The permittee maintains that as of 4/24/2026, all applicable reclamation requirements for Phase III release including all regrading, planting, and growing times of the area have been completed in compliance with State Law and regulations and the approved reclamation plan. The permittee, therefore, is requesting release of $49,500.00 of the performance bond $49,500.00 for Increment No. 1. Any objections to the release or request for informal conference must be sent in writing to: Alabama Surface Mining Commission P.O.
