ORDER FIXING DAY FOR HEARING PROBATE OF WILL

IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF RUTH MINCHER KING TO PROBATE AN INSTRUMENT PURPORTED TO BE THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JAMES DAVID HUCKABY, DECEASED.
This day came Ruth Mincher King and filed her petition in writing and under oath, praying for an order of this Court, admitting to probate an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of James David Huckaby, deceased.
It is Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed by the Court that the 23rd day of June, 2026, at 10:00 am central time, be, and the same is hereby fixed by the Court as the day and time for the hearing on the said petition.
