That Petitioners herein are the owners of the following described parcel of landlocated in Mena, Polk County, Arkansas, to-wit: The Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE¼ NE¼), except that part in the northwest comer thereof lying North of U.S. Highway 71, and a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE ¼ NE ¼) described as follows: Beginning 7.90 chains west of the Southeast comer of the said NE¼ NE¼, all in Section Twenty-four (24) in Township Two (2). South, Range Thirty-one (31) West, also all machinery, tools and other equipment belonging to said Golf Course. Less and Except: Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 2 South, Range 31 West, Polk County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Starting at the Southwest Comer of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24; thence North 00° 05' 47" East along the West line thereof a distance of 1016.36 feet to a point on the Southeasterly proposed right of way line of U.S. Highway 71 for the point of beginning; thence continue North 00° 05' 47" East along the West line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24 a distance of 19.96 feet to a point on the Southeasterly existing right of way line of U. Highway 71; thence North 52° 46' 40" East along said existing right of way line a distance of 80.07 feet to a point on the Southeasterly proposed right of way line a distance of 80,07 feet to a point on the Southeasterly proposed right of way line of U.S. Highway 71; thence South 19° 05' 16" West along said proposed right of way line a distance of 72.11 feet to a point; thence South 89° 38' 52" West along said proposed right of way line a distance of 40.21 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.05 acre more or Jess which includes 0.01 acre more or less being used as a public road.2. That Petitioners request that the zoning designation for the said parcel of land bechanged from R-2 to C-2 . That the said parcel of landis conducive to uses and purposes established for C-2 zoning designation.3.
