NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Dobbins New Relocatable Classroom

Notice is hereby given that the Marysville Joint Unified School District, County of Yuba, State of California will receive sealed proposals for the Dobbins New Relocatable Classroom Project # 8341, Bid# 26-1022. Sealed bids will be received until 1:00pm on June 1, 2026, at the Marysville Joint Unified School District, Purchasing Department, Room 215, located at 1919 B Street, Marysville, CA 95901, at or after which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Faxed bids will not be accepted.

Mandatory bidder’s conference will be held at Dobbins Elementary School, 1 Dobbins School Ln. Dobbins, CA 95935 on May 12, 2026 at 10:00am. Contractors to meet at school administration office to check in. Any inquiries to site or staff of school, or visit to site other than job walk, will deem bid non-responsive.

Scope of Work: The project will consist of, but is not limited to:

Demolition, grading, paving, building pad preparation, walkways, and related work for the complete installation of one 50’x52’ relocatable classroom. Project includes utilities and fire alarm.
