NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the items listed below will be opened to accept proposals on behalf of the City of Marysville effective May 15, 2026, and will close on June 25, 2026.

The City of Marysville has the need to have a C-10 Glazing Contractor, to oversee the Window Replacement Project for the Marysville City Hall and The Marysville Police Department. The City of Marysville encourages all interested parties to schedule a job walk of the location and parameters of the location, in which the dates are listed in the RFP packet of information.

To be considered, three (3) hard copies of the proposal must be received by the City of Marysville, Office of the City Clerk, 526 C Street, Marysville, CA 95901 no later than 3:00PM, June 25, 2026. The choosen consultant, firm, or company is expected to receive notification via email by July 21, 2026, after all bids are reviewed and verified after public bid opening. Failure to provide the required documents and copies may render your proposal non-compliant. The City reserves the right without prejudice to reject any or all proposals and/or waive any irregularity.
