NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CONSIDERATION OF A ZONING AMENDMENT TO CHANGE SECTION 18.67 OF
THE ZONING CODE TO ALLOW COMMERCIAL CANNABIS ACTIVITY IN
RESIDENTIAL ZONES OR NEAR RESIDENTIAL USES WITH THE ISSUANCE OF A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a recommendation to the City Council to consider a zoning code amendment at its meeting on Wednesday June 3, 2026, at 6 p.m., Council Chambers, City Hall, 526 C Street, Marysville, California.

Project Description:
The City is considering a zoning change amendment to Section 18.67 of the City of Marysville’s Zoning Code (Commercial Cannabis Activity) to allow cannabis uses near residential uses or within residential zones with the issuance of a conditional use permit.
