Prevailing wages are required. Copies of the prevailing rate of per diem wages are on file at the City’s principal office, which shall be made available to any interested party on request. This Project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. A 10% Bid Guarantee is required with bid. Successful contractor will be required to provide: (1) 100% Performance bond; (2) 100% Payment bond; (3) Class A licensed contractor; (4) Liability Insurance with City of Ontario as additional insured with endorsement; (5) Proof of Workers’ Compensation Insurance coverage.
