Each bid must contain a completed Bid Form (cost proposal), a completed Bid Proposal Questionnaire, Reference Form. Companies interested in submitting a proposal can obtain the documents through OMSD’s Bonfire Procurement Portal, https://omsd.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities.Bids for “Transportation Services – Field Trips & Additional Services” must be submitted through Bonfire, up to, but no later than 2:00 pm on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. All proposals must be submitted on forms furnished by the District.
The Board of Education of the Ontario-Montclair School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to be the sole judge as to the merits and qualifications of all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, not necessarily accept the lowest bid of any offered if it is in the best interest of the District. Design, specifications, service, delivery, and quality may be considered in making selections.
