Successful contractor will be required to provide: (1) 100% Performance bond; (2) 100% Payment bond; (3) Class A licensed contractor; (4) Liability Insurance with City of Ontario as additional insured with endorsement; (5) Proof of Workers’ Compensation Insurance coverage.
