2026 CAPE SEALING PROJECT PWC 26-301-50005-02-BN1 NOTICE TO BIDDERS – The City of South Lake Tahoe Public Works Department is soliciting bids for the 2026 CAPE SEALING Project. Contract documents, plans, and special provisions may be obtained through the City’s Planet Bids website at https://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=14997#. Interested bidders must register as a vendor by logging on to the City of South Lake Tahoe Planet Bids website. Bid documents may also be viewed at no charge at the City Public Works Department Office, or at the following builders' exchanges: Sacramento Regional and Placer County. Bids must be received by the City of South Lake Tahoe at the Public Works Office located at 1740 D Street, South Lake Tahoe, CA before 2:00 PM on May 12th, 2026. Bids must be submitted on the bid proposal forms furnished as part of the bid package. Work includes but is not limited to: full depth mill and paving, line striping, and compliance with regulatory permits.
