The project consists of the following: Placement of asphalt surface treatments and rehabilitation (mill & overlay). Removal and replacement of ADA curb ramps, adjust existing monument and utility boxes to grade, adjust existing storm & sewer manholes to grade, replacement of vehicle loop detection and hand holes, place pavement markers and markings, and other miscellaneous work. The City's estimated cost of the improvements for base bid only is $1,200,000 to $1,500,000; the cost of base bid plus all alternates is $1,700,000 to $2,000,000.
