CITY OF WOODLAND NOTICE INVITING BIDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the City of Woodland herein referred to as "City," at the office of the City Clerk, located on the 2nd Floor at City Hall, 300 First Street, Woodland, CA 95695, until 2:00 o'clock, p.m., on May 19, 2026, for furnishing all labor, material, tax, transportation, equipment, and services necessary for the: 2026 Road Maintenance Project, CIP 26-01 Bids will be opened and tabulated by or on behalf of the City Clerk immediately after 2:00 o'clock, p.m., on May 19, 2026. Removal and replacement of ADA curb ramps, adjust existing monument and utility boxes to grade, adjust existing storm & sewer manholes to grade, replacement of vehicle loop detection and hand holes, place pavement markers and markings, and other miscellaneous work. The City's estimated cost of the improvements for base bid only is $1,200,000 to $1,500,000; the cost of base bid plus all alternates is $1,700,000 to $2,000,000.
