NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS CALLING FOR BIDS CORONA-NORCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT RFP NO. 2025-26-303Security Guard Services -Districtwide Notice is hereby given that the CORONA-NORCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as “DISTRICT", will receive up to, but no later than 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, April 30, 2026 sealed bids for the award of a contract for: Security Guard Services-Districtwide. The Corona-Norco Unified School District (hereinafter referred to as "District") is located approximately 45 miles southeast of Los Angeles in western Riverside County. The DISTRICT consists of thirty-one elementary schools, eight intermediate/middle schools, five comprehensive high schools, a middle college high school and three alternative schools. The District serves over 49,000 students in the diverse communities of Corona, Norco and Eastvale. The District's administrative offices are located at 2820 Clark Avenue, Norco, CA 92860. In addition, other District's, Support Services, Child Nutrition, Print Shop and Warehouse are located at 300 Buena Vista Avenue, Corona, CA 92882. The full notice inviting bids, bid documents and contract documents are available and downloadable via the district's procurement portal https://cnusdk12.bonfirehub.com/ No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for opening of bids. During this time, all bidders shall guarantee prices quoted in their respective bids. Bid proposals and questions must be submitted electronically via the Bonfire E-Procurement Platform, available at https://cnusdk12.bonfirehub.com/, Any and all questions shall be submitted by April 14, 2026 at 1:00 pm. Responses to questions will be issued in form of addendum through Bonfire platform. Firm interviews will be conducted prior to award of contract. The tentative date for firm interviews is May 8th at the following address: District Office, 2820 Clark Ave, Norco, CA 92860. The District reserves the right to change the date and time at will, or cancel firm interviews with prior notification. All person(s) interested in the participation of this proposal must be present at the interview in order to be considered a responsive and responsible bidder. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Bids shall be electronically un-sealed and publicly read aloud at the stated date, time and place. Each bidder shall possess, at the time the bid is awarded, a valid California driver's license and a Private Patrol Operator license. The successful contractor shall maintain the license throughout the duration of the contract. Bids will remain open and valid for three (3) years.
